Intro to Quilling Art with Brenda Dwyer, Instructor at Paul Nigra Center

Discover the delicate and intricate art of quilling! This class will introduce students to the fundamentals of paper quilling, a technique that involves rolling, shaping and gluing thin strips of paper to create beautiful designs. Participants will learn basic quilling shapes, patterns and composition techniques to craft decorative pieces such as greeting cards, wall art and embellishments.

Perfect for beginners, this class encourages creativity and patience while developing fine motor skills. By the end of the course, students will complete their own unique quilled artwork and gain the confidence to explore more advanced techniques. All materials will be provided and no prior experience is necessary.
