In Her Voice: A Midsummer of Shakespeare’s Women with Arkell Museum & Canajoharie Library

The Arkell Museum and Canajoharie Library invite you to join us for a night of live performances with our program: In Her Voice: A Midsummer of Shakespeare’s Women. Spend an evening with some of Shakespeare's most famous women as we explore their experiences through dialogues and monologues. Journey through our gallery spaces as each performer gives us a glance into how women were written and portrayed by William Shakespeare. In honor of our exhibit, To Be Seen, we invite you to look through time to examine how women are portrayed using different mediums of art, both the canvas and the pen.  
 
Gallery Performances begin at 6:00pm 
 
This is a ticketed event with limited seating.
