The Paul Nigra Center for Creative arts Presents it's 11th annual New York State summer Art Show, celebrating the work of artists from across New York. This exhibition includes over 120 pieces in a variety of media by more than 60 New York Artists.

An invigorating yoga practice with instructor Courtney Wood. Join Courtney Wood for a 60 minute yoga class that combines strength-building poses and lengthening stretches! This class will focus on elongating muscles, developing stability and flexibility, and promoting a sense of spaciousness within. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, and is sure to leave you feeling nurtured and centered. *Center Members receive a 20% discount.
