Director of Residential Operations
Location: Montgomery and Schenectady Counties, NY
FLSA: Exempt
Reports To: Director of Program Administration
Hours of Work: Normal work day 37.5 hours per week. Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm plus administrative on call as assigned. Additional hours as assigned. Attendance at agency board committee meetings and agency administrative events required.
Job Summary: The Director of Residential Operations is responsible for overseeing residential services and ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality, person-centered services to people with disabilities. Key roles are to implement Strategic Plan goals, ensure all regulatory requirements are met, ensure fiscal performance to budget and oversight of billing procedure and compliance are met. Support teams to be collaborative and effective. Focus on person-centered supports.
