Concrete Precast Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves various tasks related to concrete installation, restoration, and finishing, requiring both physical stamina and technical skills. The Concrete Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed to high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power tools for concrete installation and finishing.
• Assist in the setup and operation of concrete pumps for efficient pouring.
• Participate in flooring installation projects, ensuring proper techniques are followed.
• Engage in hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Restore existing concrete surfaces by repairing cracks and applying sealants.
• Manage the operation of concrete mixers to ensure proper mixing ratios.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, moving materials and equipment on-site.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols to minimize risks associated with construction activities.

Experience

• Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial driving is a plus for transporting materials to job sites.
• Knowledge of drywall installation techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
• Experience with flooring installation or hardscape projects is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
