Hiring Range: $20.40-$26.52

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts patient assessments and establishes therapy treatment
• Administers individual and group Maintains thorough and confidential records of observations.
• Evaluates progress and effectiveness of therapy
• Provides patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the
• Works directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.

Complexity of Work:

• Within scope of the job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Personal Protective Equipment:
• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Education:
•Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology • Must be able to read, write and follow instructions in English
