Primary Job Responsibilities
- Emergency Clinical Skills: Extensive knowledge and skill in treating a broad spectrum of emergency conditions, with the ability to act quickly and decisively in high-stress situations.
- Resilience: Maintains composure under pressure, managing a high volume of patients with diverse needs in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate with APPs, nurses, and other staff, ensuring collaborative, efficient patient care.
- Problem Solving and Decision-Making: Demonstrates strong analytical skills to assess situations, prioritize care, and manage resources effectively.
- Patient and Family Communication: Proficient in communicating diagnoses, treatment plans, and procedural steps to patients and their families with empathy and clarity.
